Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Online payment for sessions must be received prior to the scheduled date.

• Please log in to virtual sessions 5 minute early. Late arrivals will not be refunded.

• Cancellations less than 6 hours prior to any session for any reason will not be refunded or credited. 

• Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time can receive a credit towards a future session based on availability, and similar cost or receive a refund of their purchase cost minus a $5 processing fee.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Paid workshops, courses, programs, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.
